MRI at Fish International

The Max Rubner-Institut is once again represented at fish international this year and will be presenting current projects on the authenticity of fishery products and aquaculture from 25 to 27 February. The fish international has been the meeting place for the fish industry since 1988. It is the only trade fair for fish and seafood in Germany and provides a platform for the trade and catering industry. Visitors to the Max Rubner-Institut stand can among others find out about the research project "User-friendly fish species tests" or familiarise themselves with the FISH-FIT online tool for supporting food monitoring. Together with other associations and organisations from science and research, the MRI can be found near the entrance at booth 5A01.
