Max Rubner Institute at the Biofach

News

What Germany eats. Focus on Human Studies.

The Max Rubner Institute is taking part in the joint BMEL stand at Biofach - Hall 9 (stand number 9-351) - with the topic "Human studies at the MRI". From surveys and the recording of nutritional environments to the analysis of biosamples, the Institute is researching the question of how people in Germany eat, what their nutritional status is, the status of special groups of people, special diets or the circumstances that enable or block a favourable diet. All in the name of policy advice. Important topics are plant-based nutrition, the sustainability of diets and also nutrition with organically produced foods - and the associated nutritional behaviour. Representatives of the Max Rubner Institute will provide information on current and planned projects, their issues and objectives at the stand.
