Coordinating a network of experts
The NRZ-Authent has built and coordinates a network of experts for pooling and providing relevant expertise. With the NRZ-Authent acting as a hub, this facilitates knowledge sharing in the area of food authentication, identification of current food fraud trends, as well as synergistic method development.
Online data sharing service
Via the online data sharing service hosted by the NRZ-Authent, specialised and technical information on defined issues can be shared by stakeholders in thematically defined and project-specific user groups, thus bringing together various project partners.
Training and information sharing
The NRZ-Authent regularly organises specialised events as well as training for staff in food control and other public authorities. Via our USHER portal (User Self-Help Registration), information regarding our current events, as well as the option to register can be found.
