Provision of reference material

NRZ-Authent provides contacts who can deliver reference materials. The contact details of NRZ-Authent can be found in the sidebar or below. NRZ-Authent itself does not store reference materials.

In collaboration with MRI’s own pilot plants, NRZ-Authent can produce food products with defined amounts of ‘adulterants’, such as goat’s cheese spiked with cow’s milk or spelt bread made utilising wheat flour. These products can be used by food control authorities to validate and calibrate methods.
