Provision of reference material

The NRZ-Authent provides contacts who can deliver reference materials; please see the contact details of the NRZ-Authent in the sidebar or below. The NRZ-Authent itself does not stock reference materials.

In collaboration with the MRI’s own pilot plants, the NRZ-Authent can manufacture food products with defined amounts of ’adulterants’, such as, e.g., goat’s cheese spiked with cow’s milk, or spelt bread made utilising wheat flour. These products can be used by food control authorities to validate and calibrate methods.
