Food is everybody's business. The research results of the Max Rubner-Institut are mediated via different channels to the public. The primary channel is the media. But also in the frame of various conferences and meetings, lectures in external institutions, guided tours of the locations and, last not least through direct inquiries via email or letter we inform about the studies made in Karlsruhe and Kiel, Detmold and Münster, Hamburg and Kulmbach.
